Remote Application Engineer

Summary

Join our team as an Application Engineer and be part of the Global IT department's enthusiastic colleagues ensuring optimal processes for production, sales, and distribution. As a point of contact, you'll provide user support and technical management for business applications, including software, ERP package, and CRM system.

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree in computer science or similar
• 3-5 years of experience as an Application Engineer
• Knowledge and experience with ASL and ITIL principles
• Knowledge and experience in setting up integrations between applications, Web methods, and LCS is also an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Azure, DevOps, and SQL is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact between end users and the Infrastructure & Services department for the operation of software within the Business Applications & Processes department
• Provide user support and technical management for business applications, including software, ERP package, and CRM system
• Determine priorities in the event of incidents related to application processes
• Be in charge of applications and contact suppliers to solve incidents, implement changes, and plan releases
