Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Handle scheduling adjustments and appointment changes as needed
  • Manage incoming service appointment requests and assess priority levels
  • Track and maintain detailed records of all scheduled services and cancellations
  • Address and resolve any scheduling-related challenges
  • Keep both technicians and customers informed of appointment specifics
  • Work with technical team members to create optimal service schedules
  • Book service appointments with efficiency and timeliness
