Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions across various mediums
• Assist in the creation of visual assets such as graphics, illustrations, layouts, and prototypes, aligning with project objectives and brand guidelines
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and contribute to the development of creative concepts and strategies
• Present design concepts to senior team members or clients, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs to achieve desired outcomes
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and milestones, proactively communicating any potential delays or challenges to Creative Lead and Digital Producer
• Uphold high-quality standards in design deliverables through thorough reviews, revisions, and adherence to project specifications
• Stay curious and committed to professional development by pursuing learning opportunities and expanding skills in design software and creative techniques
• Maintain organized documentation of design iterations, client feedback, and project timelines to facilitate collaboration and project tracking
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work
