Associate Contract Manager (Renewal Specialist)

Summary

Join HubSpot as an Associate Contract Manager and contribute to the growth of their 1:Many (Scaled) Customer base. You will be responsible for handling all assigned customer contract inquiries for customers in NAM and LATAM, ensuring timely resolution and execution of renewals. This role involves direct communication with customers and internal colleagues, managing a high volume of account-related tasks, and resolving complex billing issues. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including Customer Success, Accounts Receivable, and Sales, and contribute to enhancing the billing infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to provide feedback and pilot new processes and playbooks, contributing to the growth of the contract management organization.

Responsibilities

• Resolve a high volume of customer inquiries in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service
• Communicate directly with customers and internal colleagues to ensure the accurate execution of customer renewals
• Solve complex billing issues that require extensive analysis while moving through different scenarios and systems
• You will work in conjunction with other internal teams including Customer Success, Accounts Receivable, and Sales, as well as partnering with Business Enablement on ways to enhance our billing infrastructure
• Contribute to the growth of the contract management organization by providing feedback and piloting new processes and playbooks
