Responsibilities

  • Lead UX Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive UX strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints
  • Drive Design Excellence: Establish and champion best practices in UX design, interaction patterns, accessibility, and UI across all projects
  • Data-Driven Design: Oversee user research and testing efforts to inform strategic design decisions. Use performance data and analytics to continuously optimize user experiences
  • Mentor and Develop the UX Team: Provide mentorship and guidance to UX team members, fostering growth and collaboration. Lead efforts in recruitment, onboarding, and professional development
  • Client Leadership: Build strong relationships with senior-level clients, confidently present UX strategies, and advocate for user-centered design solutions that meet client goals
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with development, strategy, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure smooth implementation of design initiatives
  • Manage Projects: Accurately scope projects, forecast resources, and manage budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Promote Innovation: Foster a culture of creativity and problem-solving within the UX team, driving innovative solutions to complex design challenges
  • Contribute to Internal UX Systems: Promote the adoption and evolution of the internal design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all projects

Associate Director of UX

Elevated Thirdis a fast-growing, fully remote digital agency with a strong presence across all North American time zones. We specialize in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on web design, development, and user experience strategies. We are seeking a passionate Associate Director of UX to lead high-impact UX initiatives that will elevate user engagement, align with business goals, and drive measurable results. As the Associate Director of UX, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, driving UX design excellence across projects while mentoring and developing the UX team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and senior-level clients, advocating for user-centered design principles that improve engagement, conversion, and overall satisfaction.
