Requirements
- Significant experience leading sales at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- 7+ years sales management experience
- 2+ years experience in second-line management
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with various departments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and data driven, with a strong growth mindset
- Experience selling into companies with 200-2000 employees
Responsibilities
- Report into the Director Sales, Mid-Market EMEA and lead a team of MM Sales Managers for UKI & MENA
- Attract, hire, retain high performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow
- Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Coach, manage and develop sellers with an emphasis on continual learning and skill-gap improvement
- Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team
- Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions
- Drive alignment with cross-functional teams in Customer Success, Support and Revenue Operations
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve and iterate messaging and collateral for the sales team
- Drive revenue success by owning and exceeding Deelβs quarterly/annual sales targets
