Remote Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser

Summary

Join a mission-driven start-up, Jabra Hearing, as a Remote Dispensing Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to improve the accessibility of hearing care. This role reports directly to one of our Remote Audiology Managers and is 100% remote with full-time positions available.

Requirements

• Must hold an active California Hearing Aid Dispenser License (registration in additional states is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience dispensing and fitting Hearing Aids for adult patients, and preferably with remote fitting software
• Availability during weekday business hours to maintain a consistent schedule for client appointments, as well as ability to participate in our rotating weekend coverage

Responsibilities

• Use your clinical expertise to assist in gathering case history, interpreting hearing tests & determining hearing aid candidacy
• Build rapport and gather client history
• Dispense, fit, and troubleshoot hearing aids via phone or video
• Train clients with little exposure to technology how to use tele-health services
