As our new Business Development Manager, you will develop and maintain strategic partnerships with insurance brokers, partner closely with the broking and sales teams, drive partnership marketing, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.

Requirements

  • You have solid experience selling through broker networks
  • You are experienced in distribution, marketplace or reseller partnerships
  • You possess analytical skills and strategic planning abilities
  • A team player by nature, you strive to find effective solutions and work towards ambitious targets
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • You’re fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • You understand the cybersecurity landscape

Responsibilities

  • Build and Win Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with insurance brokers
  • Collaborate for Client Success: Partner closely with the broking and sales teams of our broker partners to identify leads and win new clients
  • Drive Partnership Marketing: Work alongside our marketing team to design targeted marketing initiatives that strengthen broker relationships and attract clients
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Efforts: Collaborate with our tech, sales, marketing, and insurance teams to implement strategies that enhance the value we provide to brokers and their clients
