Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master in software development environments
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies
  • Ability to independently gather requirements from clients, translate them into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, and manage the Product Backlog
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders to prioritize features, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between client needs and development goals
  • Proficient in writing, refining, and managing User Stories
  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools for tracking and managing tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks based on client needs and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and continuous communication between the client and development teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address evolving client needs and technical challenges
  • Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization within Agile frameworks
  • Familiarity with UML, Wireframes, and process flow diagrams to document and visualize business processes
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC), including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance phases
  • Advanced proficiency in English

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master in software development environments, working directly with end clients to gather and define business requirements.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).
  • Ability to independently gather requirements from clients, translate them into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, and manage the Product Backlog.
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders to prioritize features, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between client needs and development goals.
  • Proficient in writing, refining, and managing User Stories, ensuring technical and non-technical teams have clarity on project scope and deliverables.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools for tracking and managing tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks based on client needs and deadlines.
