Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master in software development environments
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies
- Ability to independently gather requirements from clients, translate them into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, and manage the Product Backlog
- Experience working directly with stakeholders to prioritize features, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between client needs and development goals
- Proficient in writing, refining, and managing User Stories
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools for tracking and managing tasks
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks based on client needs and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and continuous communication between the client and development teams
- Strong problem-solving skills to address evolving client needs and technical challenges
- Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization within Agile frameworks
- Familiarity with UML, Wireframes, and process flow diagrams to document and visualize business processes
- Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC), including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance phases
- Advanced proficiency in English

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master in software development environments, working directly with end clients to gather and define business requirements.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).
- Ability to independently gather requirements from clients, translate them into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, and manage the Product Backlog.
- Experience working directly with stakeholders to prioritize features, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between client needs and development goals.
- Proficient in writing, refining, and managing User Stories, ensuring technical and non-technical teams have clarity on project scope and deliverables.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools for tracking and managing tasks.
