Remote Functional Business Analyst

Join Creoal as an Oracle Projects Functional Consultant and collaborate with business clients to identify their needs and develop technical solutions using Oracle Cloud Projects Applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience configuring Oracle Cloud Projects applications (Projects Costing, Projects Billing, Contract Management, Grants Management), or 5 successful full lifecycle implementations of said applications
• Proficient in creating functional specifications, process flows, and system configurations. Experience with SubLedger Accounting design and configuration is strongly desired
• Experience with data migration, system integration, and interface design
• Proficient in Reporting and Analytics tools (OTBI, Smartview)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their financial management processes, requirements, and pain points
• Solution Design : Develop functional designs and solutions that leverage Oracle Fusion Projects modules to address business needs, such as Project Costing, Project Billing, Contract Management, Grants Management
• Configuration : Configure Oracle Fusion Projects applications based on the business requirements
• Testing : Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality of the configured system. Ensure that the solution aligns with business requirements and industry best practices
• Data Migration : Collaborate with technical teams to define data migration strategies and oversee financial data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Projects
• User Training : Train end-users on effectively using the Oracle Fusion Projects applications. Create user documentation and guides
• Support and Troubleshooting : Provide post-implementation support to address user issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure the system’s smooth operation
