Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Public Accountant preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years in a senior management role within external audit (Big 4 preferred), reconciliation, or a multinational finance environment
• Proven experience in leading and supervising large high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools, with an ability to handle and analyze large datasets
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and automation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, with strong multitasking abilities
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a high-performance reconciliation team
• Oversee and optimize the full reconciliation process of the company’s transactional and financial flows
• Actively identify and propose solutions for complex issues found during reconciliation processes
• Develop and implement new controls and processes to address gaps and inefficiencies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and execute corrective actions for financial discrepancies, deficiencies, or process issues
• Drive the automation of the reconciliation processes and participate in the SAP implementation project
• Maintain active and transparent communication with third parties (payment processors, banks, merchants)
• Act as the focal point for internal and external audits in a SOX environment
