Requirements

• Data Analytics Experience - 1 year experience in Data Analytics or Business Insights
• Experience working with Customer Support and/or Sales organizations is an asset
• Strong analytical skills with superior attention to detail and demonstrated ability to drive insights into actionable recommendations
• Intermediate proficiency with SQL and the ability to develop user friendly visualizations
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders
• A clear bias for action and ability to act without being told what to do, takes full ownership over work and seeks help and input when needed
• Is incredibly passionate about our clients and our products

Responsibilities

• Understand and leverage financial transaction and customer data schemas to drive improvements in Client Experience Operations (CXO)
• Own the reporting and analysis for the CXO team. Develop key performance metrics, generate insights, and pinpoint drivers of customer feedback
• Build and continuously enhance user-friendly, visually appealing dashboards. Engage with stakeholders for regular feedback and updates
• Create and maintain thorough documentation around analytics processes. Advise end users where to find relevant information
• Develop and maintain intermediate-level SQL queries for data analysis. Ensure query efficiency and accuracy, and possess the ability to troubleshoot and debug as needed
