Requirements

Responsibilities
- Enable and Optimize: Collaborate with commercial business leaders to define, implement, and streamline our go-to-market strategy
- Process Improvements: Enhance sales and marketing efficiency by enforcing processes, policies, change management protocols, and data governance
- Requirements Gathering: Facilitate and coordinate the requirements gathering process with business system experts and analysts
- Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day revenue operations, ensuring the team delivers critical data intelligence to commercial leaders
- Player-Coach Model: Adopt a hands-on management approach, working closely with the analyst team to gather and define requirements and processes
- Commercial Reporting: Work with data and reporting teams to standardize reporting for commercial KPIs
- Commercial Analysis: Develop analysis protocols for commercial reporting, focusing on trends such as pipeline properties and conversion rates
- Funnel Analysis: Collaborate with commercial functions to create a comprehensive view of full-funnel performance, aiming to minimize customer acquisition costs
- Executive Reporting: Support executive deliverables, including Board Reviews and strategic planning
- Commercial and Territory Planning: Oversee sales planning, pipeline management, and forecasting; partner with sales leadership to align territories and compensation plans
