Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership and strategic vision
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategies aligned with company mission and business goals
• Expertise in designing, launching, and finding product-market fit for products that reach millions of consumers across diverse cultures
• Hands-on experience in user research, prototype design, and testing
• Experience or strong interest in addressing disinformation, promoting media literacy, fostering critical thinking, data-driven and evidence-based decision making
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing product teams
• Skilled in identifying and mitigating product risks, ensuring product stability and reliability throughout development

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy
• Lead the product development process from ideation through to launch and ongoing improvements
• Conduct market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization
• Create, manage, and lead the Product team
• Ensure the products adhere to relevant regulatory standards and data privacy laws
• Prioritize security features and best practices to protect user data, privacy, and safety
• Coordinating with and supporting Marketing in product marketing activities
