Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Chief Product Officer or VP of Product
- Proven experience working with private equity-backed companies, ideally in revenue management, SaaS, or enterprise software space
- Strong experience managing product development in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a focus on scalability, innovation, and financial performance
- Track record of successfully scaling products, including new product development, product portfolio management, and global market expansion
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to turn vision into actionable plans and results
- Deep understanding of revenue management, pricing strategy, and the competitive landscape within the technology or SaaS sector
- Strong financial acumen and experience working with private equity firms to align product strategies with investment and growth goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including investors and board members
- Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling high-performing product teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals, particularly around revenue growth and market expansion
- Develop and articulate a clear, differentiated product vision that supports the company’s strategic objectives and competitive positioning
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to understand market opportunities and translate business needs into product initiatives
- Lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence in execution
- Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and post-launch performance evaluation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to prioritize product development based on customer needs, market demands, and business impact
- Leverage experience working with private equity-backed companies to understand the dynamics of fast-paced growth, cost efficiencies, and scaling challenges
- Ensure that product development efforts align with the company’s financial objectives and milestones set by investors and stakeholders
- Work closely with investors, board members, and senior leadership to communicate product strategy, progress, and results, providing regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Partner with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution
- Foster a customer-centric culture by working closely with customer success, sales, and support teams to gather feedback and iterate on products
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the product roadmap meets both customer needs and market opportunities
- Build and lead a high-performing product team, driving a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Mentor and develop senior product managers and other team members, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with company objectives
- Create a collaborative environment where product team members are empowered to innovate and take risks
