Requirements
- 1+ experience in claims resolution or a related field
- Experience handling disputes in Stripe
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other relevant software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Fluent in English (C1-C2 level)
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate customer disputes and complaints to determine their validity and the appropriate course of action
- Conduct thorough investigations into disputed transactions, gathering all necessary information and evidence
- Prepare detailed and persuasive responses to customer disputes, addressing each issue with accuracy and professionalism
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather additional information and ensure timely resolution of disputes
- Escalate complex disputes to senior management or legal counsel as needed and assist in the development of strategies for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of dispute resolution activities and outcomes for reporting purposes
