Client Partner / Key Account Manager

Requirements

• Strong client orientation
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in client service management, account management, or consulting (in a corporation or on the agency side)
• Successfully completed university degree (in engineering, economics, or similar) or comparable qualification
• Proficient English skills and very good German language skills (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Build close and trusting relationships with the clients you manage
• Consult our clients on identifying and effectively utilizing opportunities along their customers' digital customer journey
• Responsible for the continuous expansion of the business relationship with several of our clients
• Responsible for the preparation of proposals and, together with colleagues from the Client Partner Team, accountable for the agency's annual purchase order volume
