Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications and/or marketing, with a minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience supporting communications and marketing campaigns
- Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent writing skills with experience developing and/or editing a variety of communication products, including but not limited to blog and social media posts
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, an eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage a diverse workload
- Ability to work on multiple projects and manage multiple deadlines
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic advisor and consultant with the client, providing expert advice and guidance to help solve complex problems, achieve goals, and improve performance
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and provide proactive solutions and recommendations
- Draft, edit, proofread, and advise on communications content and materials, ensuring that all writing products are professional, error-free, and follow brand guidelines
- Develop and manage project timelines and processes, ensuring all communications projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide regular project updates and performance reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up to date with industry trends, communications best practices, and platforms, and share knowledge with the team
