Marketing and Communications Specialist

Summary

Join our rapidly growing team as a Marketing and Communications Specialist to support VA's telehealth programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications and/or marketing, with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience supporting communications and marketing campaigns
• Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated technical writing experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, an eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage a diverse workload, and work both independently and collaboratively as a team
• Experience developing traditional communications products and social media posts

Responsibilities

• Develop social media content, source images, and collaborate with design team for correct sizing
• Build communication campaign collateral, including web banners, news articles, print and digital materials, social media and blog posts
• Develop training materials, including slideshows, FAQs, step-by-step walk-throughs, and website content development
• Contribute to internal and external blog posts and related content
• Report on metrics monthly and quarterly
