Requirements

• A first successful experience growing a Web3 community
• A Web3 native who knows the ins and outs of the crypto, NFT, and gaming industries
• Strong copywriting skills, from crafting the best X replies to creating high-quality Discord announcements
• Someone who has forward-looking perspective on emerging engagement mechanisms within crypto communities and can drive innovation

Responsibilities

• Keep our Discord lively by interacting with members and continuously improving our Discord gamification to make it fun and welcoming for newcomers
• Take over our Twitter account, working closely with our Head of Growth to manage the content calendar, help create content, and ensure high engagement by interacting with comments
• Plan and execute content programs, contests, and events that leverage our KOLs and various social platforms to expand our reach and impact
• Become the lord of memes, crafting memes that will make history within the XBorg community
