Requirements

• Proven experience growing online communities, with a focus on Discord and Reddit
• Extensive experience with 3D modeling and a passion for community building
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with customer support tools, particularly Zendesk
• Knowledge of social media management and community growth strategies
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and tact
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with users on Discord, Reddit, and social media platforms
• Create, curate, and schedule content to drive interaction within the community
• Organize events, AMAs, giveaways, and activities to encourage participation
• Monitor community sentiment, gather feedback, and share insights with internal teams
• Moderate discussions and enforce community guidelines to ensure a positive environment
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer support inquiries across multiple platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Discord, Reddit)
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate more complex problems to relevant teams
• Track and analyze community metrics to inform strategy and content improvements
