Requirements
- 3-4 years of B2B2C copywriting experience in-house or at an agency, with health-tech experience preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to develop a consistent brand voice and produce engaging copy across multi-variant campaigns
- Strong storytelling abilities with an emphasis on clarity, empathy, and engagement
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how to integrate them into effective content
- Ability to adapt tone and style to fit various audiences, from B2B to B2C
- Familiarity with mental health or healthcare industry terminology is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and product teams
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and optimize copy for digital channels, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns
- Develop copy for B2B2C marketing materials that speak to both end-users and corporate clients
- Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to create consistent, on-brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Craft persuasive B2B sales collateral and thought leadership content that conveys value to potential partners
- Support B2C initiatives with clear, empathetic messaging to connect with individual users
- Contribute to campaign ideation, offering fresh perspectives and a strong understanding of how words can shape user experience
- Incorporate SEO best practices into content, ensuring copy is discoverable and reaches the right audiences
- Ensure all messaging aligns with our clinical pillars and is sensitive to mental health topics
