Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economy, or Administration
  • 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Accounts Payable & related roles
  • Advanced level of English
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in payments or other financial systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with banking concepts is nice to have
  • Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Supporting payments to suppliers, tax payments, and intercompany transactions while maintaining high SLAs
  • Monitoring daily cash positions to ensure adequate liquidity
  • Performing daily and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and financial transactions, to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintaining and organizing all treasury-related documentation, including proof of payments, bank statements, agreements, and compliance records
  • Overseeing the issuance and administration of corporate cards and ensuring timely follow-up on corporate card statements
  • Supporting investments, loans, and debt management according to company policies
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Supporting month-end closing and SOX controls
  • Collaborating with various teams including Accounting, Administration, and Legal
