Requirements
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in content strategy, with a focus on UX writing in DTC/B2C
- Minimum 2+ years of experience embedded in agile product teams, with a strong focus on A/B testing; fluent in Figma and JIRA or similar design & ticketing systems
- Strong, organized portfolio showcasing both content strategy and UX writing samples; demonstrated attention to detail and impeccable grammar
- Experience using research and data to drive content decisions
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills; the ability to be flexible and change to meet evolving requirements according to company goals
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills: a team player with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to gain buy-in and support from cross-functional partners
- A systems-thinker who loves to build simple and elegant experiences for complex problems
- Ability to work independently; self-driven and comfortable asking questions and tracking down answers
- A growth mindset. Open and receptive to feedback and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agile UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers to develop and execute a content strategy for our website, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals
- Write and optimize user-centric copy that enhances the overall user experience of our website including persuasive product copy on key web pages for new product/feature launches, microcopy, instructional text, and other UX elements to facilitate intuitive user interactions for the Jabra Enhance website
- Regularly audit website content and recommend updates. Conduct competitive research and use data-driven insights including A/B testing to enhance content effectiveness and user engagement
- Participate in user research to gain insights into user behaviors and needs
- Create and maintain a copy library of approved terminology and language, and drive governance of terminology; create and maintain content style guides and best practices for consistent messaging and tone across the website
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Team on Product Positioning & Messaging Briefs; develop new methods for storytelling and product functionalities β bring a creative and unique voice to our website
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards for all content; act as a subject matter expert, present and rationalize your work to stakeholders, including Legal and Senior Leaders
