Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in data entry and office software applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in Spanish
• Experience with outbound calling is beneficial
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
