Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must live within a 50-mile radius of Madison, WI

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries regarding claims, enrollment, billing, and pharmacy services
• Explain benefits and contract details in a clear and accurate manner
• Provide professional, high-quality service in all member interactions
• Resolve complex situations using a structured service recovery approach
• Collaborate with team members to support issue resolution and service delivery
• Complete a 4–6 week remote training program
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and platforms
• Suggest process improvements and provide constructive peer feedback
• Adapt quickly to changes in systems, procedures, and industry trends
