As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for rolling out agreements with large customers, ensuring all their locations have a positive experience with our products, expanding your network within assigned customers, and more.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a degree or training program, ideally with a business administration or service sector focus
  • At least 3 years of relevant sales experience
  • Comprehensive technical understanding
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Good presentation skills and a professional appearance
  • The possibility to visit our customers on site within Germany (North, South or Middle Germany)
  • Excellent German and English language skills

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the rollout of negotiated framework agreements at major customers
  • You ensure that all locations of the customers have a positive impression of our products
  • You expand your network within the assigned customers
  • You make known and new application possibilities beyond the various business units of our key accounts known
  • You bring our customers closer to the product through training and suggestions
  • To enable our customers to have a comprehensive understanding of the application of our products, you provide all important information
