- Willingness to travel within a predefined region to visit customers onsite, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs firsthand

- Provide comprehensive product training and support to users, making the product accessible and user-friendly
- Ensure customers have all necessary information for seamless product utilization, addressing inquiries comprehensively
