Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Technical background is a big plus but not a must!
  • Strong messaging and communication skills in English and German
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and accelerate their product success
  • Strategically plan and conduct campaigns for customer retention and upsell
  • Analyse customer pain points and identify additional potential for future product features and opportunities
  • Create touch points along the post-sell client journey to ensure healthy customer relations and promote the value of our product
  • Lend a hand in doubt to actively consult customers and unlock the full potential of our software
  • Establish clear client retention goals and seek strategies to achieve them
