Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Technical background is a big plus but not a must!
- Strong messaging and communication skills in English and German
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and accelerate their product success
- Strategically plan and conduct campaigns for customer retention and upsell
- Analyse customer pain points and identify additional potential for future product features and opportunities
- Create touch points along the post-sell client journey to ensure healthy customer relations and promote the value of our product
- Lend a hand in doubt to actively consult customers and unlock the full potential of our software
- Establish clear client retention goals and seek strategies to achieve them
