Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Economics, or a similar field
  • Be highly motivated and passionate about ERP systems and business processes
  • Have operational experience with complex products and understanding of customer and partner requirements, partly at a technical level
  • Possess good organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to set priorities and allocate time for successful implementation
  • Have an affinity for technology and knowledge of technical aspects related to the role
  • Speak fluent German and English

Responsibilities

  • Support (larger) customers operationally and help the team understand, structure, and advance their requirements
  • Use ERP experience and customer understanding to develop and continuously optimize fundamental Customer Success processes
  • Bring technical expertise to discuss, prioritize, and resolve customer problems at the second level, product, and engineering levels
  • Accompany the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, success, renewal, and attrition
