Requirements

  • 3+ Experience in Enterprise Customer Success OR as an account manager in a quantitative/data-driven marketing role with an agency with enterprise-level accounts
  • Consistent pattern of exceeding NRR and/or renewal targets
  • Implementing and expanding a process to a new team, with a focus on documentation and improvement

Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing customer activities effectively to drive measurable customer business results, deep customer bonding with GrowthLoop solution, and referenceable relationships with stakeholders
  • Monitor customer health and engagement using internal dashboards and regular health checks to proactively identify at-risk customers and establish retention and success plans moving forward
  • Refer customer issues/requests to the support team, product team, or solutions team as needed. Co-lead customer trainings with solutions team to ensure high usage
  • Own all aspects of the customer renewals process, with a focus on high net retention. Identify opportunities to better retain customers based on marketing use cases, partnerships, and ecosystem/industry opportunities
  • Provide visibility, internal awareness, and advocacy regarding customer health, drivers of attrition, and needs cross-departmentally
  • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy and reference-ability for the GTM team
  • Continuously improve internal processes, technologies, and workflow to enrich customer experience, maximize the efficiency of internal teams, and drive measurable customer business results

The Opportunity

We are looking for an outstanding Enterprise Success Manager who wants to play a core role in keeping our customer renewal rate at or near 100%. You love driving value for customers and understand how to drive value through product usage. You have a nose for finding new potential use cases within complex organizations to ensure customers are maximizing the utility of the software they have purchased.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage ongoing customer activities effectively to drive measurable customer business results, deep customer bonding with GrowthLoop solution, and referenceable relationships with stakeholders

What We Look For

  • 3+ Experience in Enterprise Customer Success OR as an account manager in a quantitative/data-driven marketing role with an agency with enterprise-level accounts
  • Consistent pattern of exceeding NRR and/or renewal targets
  • Implementing and expanding a process to a new team, with a focus on documentation and improvement
  • A strong culture champion who can help make this new team a great place to work
  • Marketing experience or paid media experience is a plus

The estimated base salary is $100,000-$120,000. The total compensation will also include a variable component. Final base salary decisions will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, such as the individual’s performance, experience, and qualifications.
