Their latest breakthrough is a state-of-the-art AI headshot generator, which allows users to obtain professional-quality headshots in a matter of minutes. This innovative tool saves users both time and money, providing a cost-effective and efficient alternative to traditional photography. Driven by a team of expert AI researchers, our client is committed to pushing the boundaries of what is possible with artificial intelligence, making high-quality photography accessible to everyone.
We are seeking a full-time remote Customer Support Specialist to join our clientβs team and provide exceptional customer service for over 750K users. This role requires a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer issues.
Working hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippines Standard Time (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Pacific Time), Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to our users via live chat, email, and review sites such as Google Reviews or Trustpilot.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to the AI headshot generator platform.
Answer user questions about features, pricing, and billing.
Offer guidance and best practices for creating professional headshots with our AI technology.
Proactively identify and resolve user concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date on new features and product updates to effectively assist users.
Experience in customer success, customer support, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computers and web applications.
Experience with Slack, Intercom, or similar messaging applications.
A positive and helpful attitude with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Bonus points for:
Experience with AI-powered applications or photo editing software.
Fully remote role
Salary: $800-$1200 per month
