Requirements

• Native reading and writing skills in Japanese
• Business level English
• Experience in translation and/or localization is appreciated
• Passionate about the video game industry
• Strong logical thinking
• Able to deliver excellent customer service via email and chat
• Able to understand games from a gamer’s perspective
• Capable of analyzing and solving information accurately and swiftly within guidelines
• Possesses a team player mentality

Responsibilities

• Support the customer service operations
• Evaluating, monitoring, analyzing of results, and implementing any changes
• Perform (JP-EN, EN-JP) language translation and proofreading where necessary
• Respond and support players issues via chat and email
