Requirements

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and promote a teamwork mentality
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with experience guiding others in these areas
  • Strong sense of personal accountability in decision-making and supervising department teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business
  • US Citizenship and Secret or higher level security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of 10+ personnel to assist the agency in the development and implementation of an innovative, executable, agile strategy to deploy IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services and solutions
  • Leading personnel within the following disciplines: Offensive and defensive cybersecurity, A&A process guidance, and strategic communication
  • Interacting with all stakeholders on the program, including engineers, developers, other vendors/contractors, security, and executive level sponsors
  • Assisting with management of subcontractor relationships and documentation, including approving invoices, coordinating NDA and subcontract documentation, reviewing Monthly Status Reports, and monitoring budgets
  • Managing and producing client deliverables in support of cybersecurity services
  • Updating and maintaining project management artifacts, such as risk registers, budgets, and staffing plans
  • Demonstrating creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Communicating effectively in written and verbal formats, addressing client needs, and contributing to the development of a business vision while managing implementation efforts
  • Managing project planning, both tactically and strategically, to grow the program
  • Traveling to additional program sites across the country as required (less than 20%)
  • Analyzing, planning, and developing requirements and standards for scheduled projects
  • Assigning and overseeing the daily tasks of technical personnel, ensuring progress towards established milestones
  • Holding regular technical team meetings to address questions or challenges regarding projects
  • Determining and defining clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members on specific projects or initiatives
  • Researching and evaluating hardware and software technology options, conducting cost/benefit analysis for large purchases on behalf of the company
  • Recruiting and training exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the program’s scope

Job description

Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for a Cyber Red Team Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be leading the technical support of a large Cybersecurity program that will conduct cyber read team tests, operations, development and cybersecurity support. Day to day tasks will require blending commercial strategy experience, knowledge of the federal landscape, and PMO support with leading-edge technical capabilities. Dark Wolf is the prime contractor for this effort. We are seeking a respected leader who demonstrates proactive contract management, excellent communication skills, and aligns with our company’s core values. Tasks may include assisting with:

This position is primarily remote but asks for support in areas where a Dark Wolf Office is located, including Herndon, VA, Colorado Springs, CO, Tampa, FL, Ogden, UT or Omaha, NE.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $150,000.00 - $200,000.00, commensurate on experience and technical skillset.
