Requirements
- Have Project Management experience or equivalent field
- Have Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agile Certification
- Have a broad understanding of operational cyber landscapes
- Have practical experience using JIRA and Confluence for project management
- Have at least 10 years of overall experience in the functional area
- Have a bachelorโs degree in a related field
- Have five years of relevant experience, experience leading complex DevSecOps programs with an emphasis on cloud, cyber and platform technologies
- Have three yearsโ experience managing teams and projects using agile, and/or spiral development models
Responsibilities
- Represent JCC2 PMO in all local stakeholder engagements and be the primary point of contact to JCC2 program office for communications with supported units and lead for assigned JCC2 projects
- Be responsible for the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project
- Be responsible for fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program; serve as principal point of representation for JCC2 PMO and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters and provide day-to-day professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Conduct project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and analysis
- Ensure adherence to JCC2 PMO directives and quality standards and review project deliverables
- Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables
- Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Have Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification
- Have programming and query language experience
- Have strong project management skills with experience in DevOps and/or SAFe/Agile
- Have experience with Atlassian Collaboration tools
- Have AWS SysOps Administrator certification
- Have Red Hat certification
- Have Government or military cyber experience
