Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in product analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles
  • Expertise in data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Looker) and proficiency in data modeling and visualization
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations and strategic initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams towards common goals

Responsibilities

  • Drive Data-Driven Decision-Making: Partner closely with AI product management, engineering, and operations teams to leverage data insights in product roadmap prioritization, feature development, and go-to-market strategies
  • Perform analysis utilizing relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python). Provide analytical thoughts through proactive and strategic contributions
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation
  • Optimize Product Performance: Partner with product leaders to provide early insights during product initiation, rollouts and beta programs
  • Monitor product performance metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement or optimization
  • Conduct analysis and opportunity sizing to find opportunities for improvement and turn the hypothesis into actionable and well-designed experiments (A/B Testing)
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to optimize user experiences and increase product adoption and retention
  • Cultivate Data Culture: Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous learning across the organization
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on data analytics tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Champion data governance and compliance initiatives to ensure ethical and responsible use of data
