Summary

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Possess 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, demonstrating a strong ability to leverage data in business settings
- Be proficient in Python or R, and familiar with libraries for data manipulation and analysis
- Have a solid understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering)
- Be skilled in data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
- Have experience with SQL, database technologies, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP techniques
- Possess excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail, and be motivated to take initiative in analyzing, experimenting, and learning
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy predictive models using machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, decision trees, random forests, neural networks) to forecast trends, optimize decision-making processes, and improve business outcomes
- Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and predict future trends
- Develop predictive models to forecast key performance measures and customer behavior, iterating based on usage data and feedback
- Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate your solutions into the product, assess model performance (accuracy, precision, recall, AUC-ROC), and refine algorithms over time
- Lead discussions and presentations on data-driven insights with stakeholders, showing your work and facilitating decision-making across key stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Hold relevant certifications in machine learning, data science, or cloud computing
