Join Kaizen Labs as a Design Prototyper to rapidly develop and iterate design prototypes for clients using Figma. The ideal candidate will have strong capabilities in Figma, experience in prototyping, and excellent visual design skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Design Prototyper, UX/UI Designer, or a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design prototyping skills
• Expertise in Figma, including all its functionalities for creating and iterating designs
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Develop initial design concepts into functional prototypes using Figma
• Work closely with the sales and product development teams to understand client needs and requirements
• Rapidly iterate on design prototypes based on feedback from stakeholders and potential customers
• Prepare and ship designs for presentations and upcoming meetings, ensuring high quality and adherence to deadlines
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and tools to enhance prototype development processes
