Requirements

• Solid frontend development skills: HTML5, CSS3, CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Familiarity with popular JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
• Hands-on experience with Node.js for backend logic and API integration
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, data structures, and marketing automation workflows
• Proficiency in Git and collaborative development practices
• In-depth knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and ability to implement and test for compliance
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize responsive websites, templates, and landing pages using HubSpot CMS
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups and wireframes into functional, accessible web interfaces
• Build reusable components and front-end modules using HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript (ES6+), with experience in frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular
• Work with HubSpot CRM to build workflows, automate marketing tasks, and integrate forms or data-driven components
• Extend backend functionality using Node.js and build/consume RESTful APIs
• Manage code versioning and collaboration using Git
• Ensure all deliverables meet Web Accessibility Standards (WCAG) by testing with tools like Lighthouse, WAVE, and screen readers
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance across all devices and platforms
• Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to support ongoing digital campaigns and initiatives
