Requirements
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and managing configurations using code
- Expertise in managing CI/CD pipelines and streamlining the end-to-end deployment process to ensure efficiency and reliability
- Proficiency in implementing monitoring and alerting systems to ensure service availability and performance
- Handling incidents, troubleshooting root cause analysis, and implementing remediation measures
- Ensuring systems meet security standards and compliance requirements, mitigating risks and vulnerabilities
- Participate in on-call rotations ensuring system availability
- Collaboration and Participation in the product life cycle, work closely with our product and development teams to integrate best practices in a fast-paced environment to ensure alignment with business goals
- Strong sense of ownership for systems and service reliability
- 3+ years in a DevOps or related role in a high-available environment
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Extensive expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitLab, Jenkins
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs)
- Advanced knowledge of scripting and programming languages (Python, Go, Bash) and experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty and ELK Stack for monitoring and observability
- Experience working closely with development teams to improve application delivery and build efficient, automated pipelines
- Effective communication skills, especially with teams responsible for security, operations and product
- Ability to tackle and investigate complicated problems and convert it to the task
- Demonstrated capability to adjust to quick technological shifts and evolving business requirements
- Readiness to take ownership of tasks, issues as well as demonstrate accountability of the results and outcome

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Linux
- Familiarity with fintech regulations and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS)
