Summary
Join our team as a Digital Project Manager to manage and drive digital projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and influence business and digital strategy. You will be responsible for supporting project implementation, promoting digital processes, coordinating delivery teams, and mentoring the Digital Team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AEC project delivery or IT/ Software as a Service (SaaS) platform implementation or Consulting Management
- Can manage multiple complex delivery activities across several customer accounts simultaneously
- Having strong technical aptitude, and previous hands-on experience with BIM, Design Technology, Graph Databases, or Data Management is a plus but a non-stop desire to learn more and get deep into the work is a must
- Ability to manage and understand the BIM world β 3D modeling, Coordination, etc
- Experience with various software β Revit, Navisworks, Bentley, 12D, Civil 3D, Revizto β infrastructure tools, etc
- Have domain knowledge in at least one relevant subject matter area this role will touch on Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Rail, Facilities Management, Asset Management, or Operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train others
- The aptitude to spearhead and communicate with a team is essential
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end implementation of technology for our existing and new customers
- Promote the use of digital processes and technology for our clients to improve outcomes during the entire lifecycle of a project, through design, construction, handover and operations
- Coordinate and manage delivery team activities and members from other Willow offices
- Accountable for the mentoring and leadership of the Digital Team that will be directly reporting to you
- You may need to assist project teams in digital project setup: Digital Coordination, Federation, Clash detection, Model Quality (Geometrical and Asset Data), and Data extraction
- Create strategies and tools to increase productivity while reducing risk in delivery
- Collaborate with subject matter experts from our Smart Building and Product/Engineering teams
- Leverage Willowβs open-source Ontologies to create digital twins with internal and external team members
- Lead and manage site setup activities and testing in WillowTwin software offerings
- You may also support site setup activities and testing in WillowTwin software offerings
- Support on WillowTwin Delivery
- Build a deep understanding of product and solution architecture to support customer use cases, outcomes, and ROI
- Identify and lead continuous improvements to drive increased value and effectiveness
- Actively seek feedback from Clients and Project teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Bi software or other data analytics tools e.g. PowerBi
- Basic coding experience using Dynamo, PowerShell, Python, Power Automate, etc
