Remote Director of Product Management, Service Transformation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field; Entrepreneurial experience preferred
• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a focus on customer service and supporting complex operational processes
• Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and driving customer service excellence
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of customer service best practices, tools, and technologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a product strategy that aligns with Natera’s mission and supports our commercial operations team in delivering exceptional customer service
• Lead a team of product managers to implement innovative, technology-enabled solutions that drive operational efficiencies and consistent service delivery
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on internal and external feedback to optimize user experience
• Collaborate with the commercial operations teams to define processes and SLAs to ensure alignment of systems and processes
