Remote Director Station Operations

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in decentralized business operations or the rental business
• Strong leadership skills with proven success in developing and motivating large teams
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in managing operational challenges
• Communication and negotiation strength on all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that are successfully put into practice
• Experience in quality assurance and optimizing operational processes
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Experience with budget responsibility and cost control

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall responsibility for leadership and development of all teams and infrastructure at roadsurfer stations in close collaboration with Regional Managers
• Ensure high service and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction and develop strategies to continuously improve processes
• Work together with Regional Managers to ensure excellent personnel planning and development, and support the building and strengthening of teams on site
• Take care of solving complex operational challenges and ensure that business runs smoothly in a decentralized environment
• Ensure good understanding of company priorities through clear and regular communication across all teams
• Monitor operational performance and create regular reports for management
