Summary

Join Fleetworthy as their Customer Marketing Manager and build and deliver customer marketing strategies and campaigns that drive revenue growth and adoption of their solution offerings. You will work closely with various teams to execute targeted campaigns, focusing on customer lifecycle management and maximizing Net Promoter Score (NPS). The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, and possess strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer marketing or related role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of customer marketing strategies including cross-sell across multiple brands
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Monday.com, Pardot, Gong, 6Sense, and GA4
  • A passion for understanding and meeting customer needs, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience
  • A lifelong learner who continuously pushes the boundaries on their own personal knowledge and implements learnings in new and creative campaigns
  • Partner with the broader marketing team, customer success, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs and business objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive, omni-channel customer lifecycle campaigns that drive product expansion, retention, renewals, and maximize NPS for the Fleetworthy customer base
  • Develop content for cross-sell campaigns including emails, digital ads, and Gong flows, newsletters, case studies, webinars, product releases, and other marketing materials to engage and inform customers
  • Develop and maintain customer advocacy programs, including customer reference programs, online reviews, and testimonials plus support Customer Advisory Board initiatives
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for campaign performance improvement
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Ops team to develop KPIs then track and report on the effectiveness of customer marketing initiatives, using data to drive improvements and demonstrate ROI
  • Use analytics to evaluate and optimize campaign performance
  • Contribute to meeting goals and objectives for Fleetworthy customer marketing programs, and clearly communicate performance to Senior Director, Demand Generation and broader team on a regular basis
  • Test new marketing channels and tactics for efficacy against performance KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management; fleet industry experience is a plus
