Summary

Join Immersive Labs as the Director of Global Demand Generation, a key leadership role within our rapidly expanding marketing team. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Revenue Marketing, you will own the development and execution of global top-of-funnel demand generation programs. Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget, providing strategic guidance to marketers to create new sales opportunities and increase brand awareness. This role offers the chance to shape a new market category within the cyber industry and work with a diverse, global team. Requirements

  • Extensive experience in creating and executing demand generation strategies
  • Experience of managing digital marketing strategies and budgets
  • Be able to operate in a player-coach role when needed to help problem solve and develop talent
  • Naturally inquisitive, analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global top-of-funnel demand strategy to drive lead generation in our key regions and segments globally
  • Manage the execution of digital marketing channels, including all paid media (paid search, display, social) to maximize engagement and efficient use of spend
  • Design and implement a set of global nurture programs focused on educating prospects and moving them through the buyer journey
  • Optimize our Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting our highest opportunity prospects in collaboration with sales, ensuring alignment on messaging, targeting and account engagement
  • Track and report on performance, lead quality and conversion rates using data driven insights to make recommendations for optimization and improvement
