Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of UX design and research experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term vision
• Customer Advocate: Passion for understanding user needs and behavior, with a strong ability to translate these insights into design that solves real problems
• Collaboration Skills: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Innovative Spirit: A creative problem-solver who thrives on bringing fresh ideas to the table and challenging the status quo
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of modern UX design tools, technologies, and methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a talented team of UX Designers and Researchers
• Strategic Influence: Represent the voice of the customer in product discussions and decision-making, ensuring their needs and pain points are central to our strategy
• Transform UX Practices: Drive transformation efforts to evolve the UX function from a supporting role into a strategic partner
• Collaborate and Communicate: Partner with key stakeholders to align UX initiatives with business goals
• Partner with Product Management: Work closely with the Product Management team to jointly develop requirements and prioritize features
• Drive Innovation: Introduce innovative, user-centered design solutions that differentiate our products in the market and drive high win rates
• Customer-Centric Approach: Oversee user research, usability testing, and data analysis to deeply understand customer behavior and preferences
• Design Leadership: Own and refine the design systems, standards, processes, and guidelines for the team to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across our products
• Measurement & Optimization: Define metrics for UX success and leverage quantitative and qualitative data to measure impact, optimize designs, and continuously iterate on solutions
