Requirements

  • Strong understanding of business principles and successful execution
  • Background in software development, architecture, or product management, with experience in building and delivering innovative software solutions
  • Extensive experience in relevant sectors such as wealth management, insurance, or financial services. Familiarity with Open Banking and its impact on business is essential
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies, with experience in scaling software businesses
  • Ability to analyse financial data and achieve business targets in collaboration with the CCO and Commercial Finance Partner
  • Strong leadership and management skills to inspire, motivate, and delegate within cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication abilities to engage with customers, partners, and internal teams, articulating the value proposition of products and solutions

Responsibilities

  • Execute against Moneyhubโ€™s business strategy that drives growth and success within your line of business
  • Achieve financial targets
  • Lead the sales, marketing, product development, deployment, and client management teams
  • Drive growth with existing customers and new business
  • Lead the ideation, development, and delivery of cutting-edge software solutions for market innovations with your team
