Remote Dynamics 365 (AX) Supply Chain Lead Consultant

Summary

Join HSO International as a Lead Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) to lead and manage the implementation of D365 solutions for global clients, mentor junior consultants, and drive performance excellence.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a Lead consultant
• Proven track record in leading and guiding teams in complex organizations
• At least 5 to 8 years of ERP consulting experience – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions of Dynamics AX preferably
• Experience of at least six large international end-to-end ERP implementations – preferable with intercontinental rollouts
• Experience as a lead consultant on at least two international end-to-end ERP implementations and experience with supply chain internal modules
• Extensive pre-sales experience
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills and great communication skills
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, able to provide feedback and guidance contributing to the grow performance for your team members
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; other languages such as French, German, Spanish and Italian are a big plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of D365 solutions for global clients
• Provide strategic guidance, oversee project delivery in alignment with requirements, timelines and budget, ensuring client satisfaction
• Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary, contributing to the growth and profitability of the consulting practice
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, drive performance excellence, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for their skill enhancement and career advancement
