Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership type role
• Experience within a DeFi company
• Familiar with permissionless architecture
• Previous experience at startups or scaling teams from early-stage through product launch

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of our platform and oversee all technical aspects of the company
• Manage the engineering team, drive the technical vision, and ensure the infrastructure, data workflows, and blockchain integrations work seamlessly
• Build and lead a growing engineering team, set the technical direction, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
• Oversee the development of our platform, ensuring the smooth handling of real estate investment data and integration with back-end systems
• Manage the cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines to ensure scalability, performance, and security
• Ensure our smart contracts are well integrated with the platform. Oversee smart contract updates as needed and ensure they function within the broader technical stack
• Oversee data automation processes, including handling real estate investment data and automating key workflows
• Work with the compliance team to integrate KYC/AML processes into the platform, ensuring regulatory requirements are met
• Drive the technical efforts to prepare for the TGE and the broader platform launch
