Summary

The job is a virtual position in the supplemental benefits industry with a company that has been serving unions and associations for over 60 years. The position does not require experience and involves distributing benefit enrollment materials, scheduling appointments, presenting insurance products, completing applications, attending training sessions, selling and upselling insurance, and completing tasks required by underwriters to get clients approved for coverage. Requirements are a working computer, cell phone with unlimited long distance calling, and access to Wifi.

Responsibilities

• Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
• Calling and receiving calls from clients
• Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
• Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call
• Completing applications for insurance products
• Attending ongoing, optional training sessions to improve throughout your career
• Sell and upsell insurance to new and existing clients
• Completing tasks that an underwriter requires to get the client approved for their coverage
